Easy Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir it together. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Use or store. Use it immediately or store it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.

  • This recipe makes approximately 1 cup of dressing. Each serving is about 2 tablespoons.
  • Storage tip: This will last for up to one week in the fridge.
