Ingredients
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup red or white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Stir it together. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Use or store. Use it immediately or store it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
