Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Creme de cassis ( to taste) divided
- 12 ounces cold Champagne or sparkling wine , divided
- A few raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Pour 1 tablespoon of cassis into each of 2 Champagne flute glasses, and then fill each glass with 6 ounces of Champagne.
- Top off with a few fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
