Easy Kombucha Mocktail

 This kombucha mocktail recipe is an easy way to skip the alcohol while still enjoying something bright, uplifting, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kombucha
  • ¼ cup blood orange juice or pomegranate juice
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 3 Orange slices
  • 2-3 mint leaves for garnish
  • 2-3 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour the juice and kombucha into a glass and add some ice cubes.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice into the glass and swirl with a mixing straw.
  3. Garnish the kombucha mocktail with fresh orange slices and mint. Serve.

Notes

  • Make sure to use a fresh bottle of kombucha so that you get maximum fizz. Like most soft drinks, once opened it loses its carbonation.
  • Adjust the juice and fruit ratios as per your own preference.
  • Know that there is no nutritional breakdown for this recipe as kombucha isn't mainstream and thus not in the calculator ;)
