Ingredients

  • 3 broccoli crowns cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and add them to a large bowl with the olive oil, garlic paste, salt, pepper, and paprika and massage the oil and seasonings into the broccoli with your hands.
  3. Spread the broccoli out on a large baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the large pieces are fork-tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and transfer to a bowl to toss with lemon juice and parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
