  1. To a cocktail shaker or rocks glass, add 6 oz vodka, 2 oz fresh lime juice, and 3 oz of simple syrup.
  2. Top rocks glasses with ice or strain from the cocktail shaker into ice-filled rocks glasses or chilled coupes. Garnish with lime twists or fresh lime wheels and serve.

Notes

  • This makes enough simple syrup for 2 drinks. If you'll be making more drinks, make a larger batch. 2cups sugar to 2 cups water or more is handy to have on hand. Simply boil equal parts sugar and water. Store any extra syrup covered, in the fridge.
