Easy Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian flat leaf parsley optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Scoop the meat mixture using a spoon or cookie scoop to form into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake uncovered for 17 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. Turn halfway through, to prevent bottoms from browning.
  5. Serve with spaghetti using our delicious Marinara Sauce.
