Easy Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal Pancakes are easy to make and a more filling than your typical pancake recipe. The batter comes together in just 5 minutes with ingredients you probably already have on hand!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large egg
  • 1/4 cup butter melted, salted

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, quick oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Whisk in buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter just until combined.
  3. Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat.
  4. Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping.
  5. Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup.
