Easy orange cranberry punch

This orange cranberry punch is a delicious festive drink recipe. It's also easy to scale up or down to suit the amount of guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberries frozen
  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup Campari
  • 3 cups orange juice fresh
  • soda water to top up
  • ice
  • Orange slices
  • rosemary fresh
  • cherries or berries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the frozen cranberries in a saucepan and add the cranberry juice.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, mashing the cranberries with the back of a wooden spoon, until the juice has reduced slightly.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely. 
  4. In a large jug or pitcher, add ice cubes then pour in the cranberry syrup and Campari.
  5. Add the rosemary, orange slices and fruit then pour in the orange juice.
  6. Top with the soda water/club soda and serve.
