Easy Oven-Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots washed, peeled, and sliced into ½-inch thick strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons roasted vegetable seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the carrots to the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with roasted vegetable seasoning and salt. Toss to combine and spread the veggies in an even layer onto the baking sheet. 
  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until the carrots are golden brown and fork-tender.
