Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel-cut oats
  • 3/4 to 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, boil for 1 minute and stir constantly to prevent clumping or sticking.
  3. Remove from the heat, transfer to an airtight container, and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The next day, give the oats a good stir, transfer to a serving bowl, and top with your favorite oatmeal ingredients!
