Easy Peach Jam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 6 pieces peaches peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 2 2 pieces oranges
  • 2.5 2.5 cups white sugar

Instructions

  1. Scrub the oranges with a vegetable brush, then chop into small pieces, including the peels.
  2. Place the chopped peaches and oranges in a pot or big bowl. Mix in sugar, then cover the bowl, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next day, simmer the mixture over low heat and then cook for 2-3 hours, stir occasionally.
  4. When the jam has thickened, remove from heat.
  5. Let it cool to room temperature, and then ladle into jars.
