Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter or crunchy
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease an 8X5 inch loaf cake pan.
- Sift together flour, baking powder salt, and sugar.
- Blend peanut butter into the dry ingredients.
- Add milk and beat mixture until smooth.
- Pour the mixture prepared pan.
- Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes or an inserted toothpick comes out dry.
- Once the peanut butter loaf cake is baked remove it from the and transfer it to a cooling rack.
- Cool for 40 minutes before slicing.
