Easy Peanut Sauce
This smooth and creamy Easy Peanut Sauce recipe, with classic sweet and bold flavors, makes an exquisite dipping sauce for meat and veggies or as a flavorful addition to salads or stir-fry recipes.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup peanut butter no sugar added, creamy
- ⅓ cup coconut milk full fat, in the can, unsweetened
- ¼ cup water or as needed, hot
- 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons brown monk fruit sweetener or allulose
- 1 ½ tablespoons sambal
- 1 ½ tablespoons liquid aminos
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated, fresh
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except the water, to a saucepan and heat over medium.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes, whisking often.
- Add in the hot water, just enough to thin it out to get your preferred texture. if the sauce separates some, not to worry, it will all come together and stay together!
- Pour the sauce into a bullet blender and pulse until well combined and emulsified.
- The sauce is ready to use! Store leftovers in an airtight jar for up to a week.
Notes
- Makes about 1 ½ cups, serving size 3 tablespoons
- If you don't like it too spicy, you can cut back a little on the Sambal.
- If you don't have rice vinegar, you can use white wine vinegar instead.
