Easy Pico de Gallo Recipe
The Easy Pico de Gallo Recipe is a fresh salsa combining chopped tomatoes, green onions, jalapeño, optional red chili and sweet corn, and fresh cilantro with lime zest and juice. Olive oil and seasoning finish the mix. It is chilled before serving and commonly enjoyed as a fresh crunchy condiment or dip, especially alongside tortilla chips.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with lime on the side and tortilla chips.
