Easy Pineapple Mango Salsa
This sweet, spicy Pineapple Mango Salsa is so refreshing and bursting with tropical flavors, just perfect for summer. Serve it with tacos, fish, or enjoy just as a dip with chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple diced
- 1 1/2 cup Mango diced
- 1/2 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1 jalapeño remove seeds, and finely diced
- 3 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl add all the ingredients. Toss to combine.
- Pineapple mango salsa is ready. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve!
Notes
- Cut the pineapple and mango into small pieces, which will help you scoop them with chips easily.
- If you want it less spicy, skip adding jalapeños.
- You can substitute mangoes and pineapples with avocados, peaches, strawberries, or corn. They will make an excellent salsa combination.
- If you don't like bell peppers, you can substitute them with tomatoes.
