Ingredients
- 2½ cups fresh pineapple finely diced (500 grams)
- ½ cup Red Onions finely diced (¼ of an onion)
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro or more
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the diced pineapple, red onions, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes (or longer) before serving.
