Easy Pizza Bake
Skip takeout and make your own warm and cheesy deep dish pizza bake! Fast, easy, and ready in 30 minutes! It's a keeper everyone loves!!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups baking mix Original Bisquick™ brand
- ½ cup milk almond, cashew, soy, or regular
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 4 ounces pepperoni sliced
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese about 1 cup finely shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray; set aside.
- To a medium bowl, add the Bisquick mix, milk, and stir until soft dough forms.
- Drop half of the dough by spoonfuls or your fingers in bottom of baking dish. Dough will not completely cover bottom of pan.
- Drizzle about 1/2 cup pizza sauce over dough.
- Arrange half the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce.
- Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
- Repeat layers with the remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 23 minutes or until lightly golden brown, biscuits are cooked in center and cheese is bubbly in center. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Storage: Pizza bake is best warm and fresh, but leftovers will keep airtight in the fridge for up to 4 days; reheat gently before serving.
