Ingredients

  • 2 cups Italian salad dressing
  • 6 pork chops can vary depending on size
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place Italian salad dressing in a dish or zip top bag. 
  2. Place the pork chops in the marinade. 
  3. Marinate for at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours or freeze until ready to use. 
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil. 
  5. Cook pork chops for about 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through or the center registers about 150ºF on an instant-read thermometer. 

Notes

  • You can use store-bought salad dressing or this homemade version.
