This honey mustard marinade gives a little heat with a lot of flavor! It’s a perfect weekday or even a holiday entrée!

- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup whole grain dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add all the ingredients and whisk to combine.
- Marinate over pork tenderloin for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.

To Cook a 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brown marinaded tenderloin.
- Then cook for 18-20 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Lest rest 5 minutes before slicing.
