Easy Potluck Appetizer Sausage Balls Recipe
These meaty, cheesy balls are sure to be the highlight of the party! They’re tasty enough to enjoy on their own, or they can be served with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives optional
- 1/4 cup milk optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, biscuit baking mix and shredded cheese.
- Form into 24 golf ball-sized balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the sausages are golden brown and cooked through entirely. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness. The sausage balls are done when they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
