Easy Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 4 egg beaten
- 16 oz pumpkin *not pumpkin pie filling, I use Libby's canned
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- 2 cups flour *all purpose
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 can cream cheese frosting *or homemade
Instructions
- Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spread batter onto an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Once cool, spread cream cheese frosting on top and enjoy!
