Easy Roasted Balsamic Strawberries Recipe

Savory and sweet balsamic strawberries are roasted to perfections. Serve these gems for breakfast or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries hulled and halved or quartered if large
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash strawberries and remove green tops. Slice strawberries in half or quarters if they're large.
  3. In a medium bowl, pour honey and balsamic vinegar over strawberries. Gently fold ingredients together.
  4. Place strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes or until the strawberries are soft, but not mushy.
