- 1 pound strawberries hulled and halved or quartered if large
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash strawberries and remove green tops. Slice strawberries in half or quarters if they're large.
- In a medium bowl, pour honey and balsamic vinegar over strawberries. Gently fold ingredients together.
- Place strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes or until the strawberries are soft, but not mushy.
