Easy salt and pepper Balsamic steak marinade
Juicy steak marinated in salt and pepper Balsamic vinegar marinade.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a measuring jug or bowl and mix well.
- Place the steaks in a Ziploc bag or suitable container and pour over the marinade.
- Squeeze out all of the air and seal the bag then massage the marinade into the steak, making sure all the steaks are well coated.
- Place on a plate and allow to marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. If marinating in the fridge, allow the steak to come to room temperature for at least an hour before cooking.
