Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw mix

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Bring vinegar and sugar to boil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  2. Add coleslaw. Cover, and cook, tossing occasionally, until coleslaw is tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove lid and simmer until liquid has evaporated, 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add to a serving bowl or airtight container to serve or store for at least a month inside your refrigerator.
  4. Enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • Use fresh cabbage for the best results.
  • Don't leave cabbage unattended once you remove lid to allow all liquid to evaporate so cabbage doesn't burn.
