- 3 medium zucchinis
- 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
- 2 tbsp spray oil, avocado or olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and slice zucchini into 1-inch rings.
- In a medium bowl, spray the zucchini with avocado or olive oil cooking spray. Toss the zucchini with garlic parsley salt until evenly coated.
- Preheat a frying pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Place the zucchini in a single layer within the pan and cook until golden brown.
- Flip zucchini over to cook the other side. Remove from pan and enjoy!
