This sautéed zucchini makes a perfect side dish with just 3 simple ingredients - garlic parsley salt, zucchini, and avocado oil.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
  • 2 tbsp spray oil, avocado or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice zucchini into 1-inch rings.
  2. In a medium bowl, spray the zucchini with avocado or olive oil cooking spray. Toss the zucchini with garlic parsley salt until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat a frying pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Place the zucchini in a single layer within the pan and cook until golden brown.
  4. Flip zucchini over to cook the other side. Remove from pan and enjoy!
