Ingredients
For Peaches
- 5 peaches sliced and pitted
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon more if you'd like
For Cobbler
- 1/2 Cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 Cup pure maple syrup
- 5 Tablespoons butter at room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit

For Peaches
- In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, melt the butter
- Add the peaches, sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until softened
For Cobbler
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
- Place spoonfuls of cobbler on top of the peaches
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust has browned
- Serve warm
