Ingredients

For Peaches
  • 5 peaches sliced and pitted
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 Teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon more if you'd like
For Cobbler
  • 1/2 Cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cup pure maple syrup
  • 5 Tablespoons butter at room temperature

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
For Peaches
  1. In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, melt the butter
  2. Add the peaches, sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until softened
For Cobbler
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Place spoonfuls of cobbler on top of the peaches
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust has browned
  4. Serve warm
  5. Enjoy
