Easy S'mores Dip (in a skillet)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 11.5 ounces milk chocolate chips I recommend Ghirardelli milk chocolate for best melting
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows large marshmallows can also be used
  • Graham crackers biscoff cookies, pretzel chips, strawberries etc for dipping.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Make the dip
  1. Heat an empty 8-inch cast iron skillet in the oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the skillet from the oven, then add the butter and melt, then use a brush to grease the bottom and sides of the skillet. Get it good.
  3. Carefully add the chocolate chips and spread out in an even layer.
  4. Arrange the marshmallows over the top.
Bake
  1. Bake for 3-4 minutes, until melty and golden brown on top.
Serve
  1. Serve with graham crackers, biscoff cookies, fruit etc.
