Easy Spam & Egg Musubi

This Easy Spam & Egg Musubi recipe layers pan-fried Spam and a folded egg omelette over seasoned sushi rice, all wrapped with a strip of nori seaweed. The rice is seasoned with a vinegar and sugar mixture, adding a mild tang and sweetness that balances the savory Spam and eggs. The musubi combines crisped edges of Spam with soft, gently cooked eggs and sticky rice, making it a portable and satisfying snack or light meal.
