Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound pork loin, sliced very thin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili garlic sauce
  • 6 ounces ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, sliced

  1. In a medium saucepan, boil water. Add noodles (not the flavor packet if included) and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until it sizzles. Add sliced pork and cook until just brown.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add noodles and stir to combine.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions.
