- 60 ml rice vinegar
- 57 g sugar , to taste
- 30 ml water
- 2 Thai bird’s eye chili peppers , finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat the sugar, vinegar, and water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Increase the heat and boil the mixture for 5 to 8 minutes until a light syrup forms.
- Remove from heat, stir in the chopped red chiles, and let the sauce cool to room temperature before serving. Do not strain.
