- 18 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped (14 oz can)
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8X8 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl.
- Then stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan Cheese, garlic and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture into an even layer in the prepared 8X8 baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve warm with your favorite dippers and enjoy!

Notes
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. This is best served warm so reheat any leftovers before enjoying.
- We used an 8X8 dish for this recipe, but a 9X9 baking dish or glass pie pan would work great too.
