Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce*
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves grated
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the water, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes, if using.
