Easy Strawberry Sauce (no cook, sugar-free)
A fresh, light, and healthy No-cook strawberry sauce. Sweetened with honey.

Ingredients
- 200 grams (7 ounce) fresh strawberries
- 100 grams (3.5 ounce) honey
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- a pinch lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend strawberries in a small food processor or blender together with the lemon juice, zest, and pinch of salt. You don't need to pulse until smooth you can leave it a bit chunky if you like.
- Transfer the sauce to a clean glass jar.
- Stir in the honey.
- Stir in the chia seeds very well.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours stirring 1-2 times during the first hour so the chia seeds won't get lumpy.
- Serve over Greek yogurt, ice cream, frozen yogurt, on cakes, scones, etc.
