Ingredients
- 6-8 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 6-8 cups mixed greens chopped
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- ⅓ cup kalamata olives sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomato halved
- ½ red onion thinly sliced, small
- ⅓ cup feta cheese crumbled
Dressing
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano flakes, fresh, finely chopped

Instructions
