Easy Yuzu Aioli

Yuzu Aioli, or Yuzu Mayonnaise, is an easy and delicious sauce that can be used in sandwiches and burgers, or with grilled vegetables and meats. It's sweet, savory, creamy and can be made in seconds!

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons yuzu marmalade Also known as Yuja-cheong. Refrigerate after opening.
  • 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise Kewpie is best but homemade also works.
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all the ingredients together well.
  2. Use immediately or store in the fridge.

  • Add some Yuzu Kosho to make it spicy and more savory.

  • Store extra in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days, if using homemade mayonnaise.
