Easy Za'atar Spice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram (or substitute with more oregano)
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small sauce pan, toast the sesame seeds for 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly golden.
  2. Mix all the spices together in a bowl. Use immediately or store in an airtight container.
