Egg Roll Noodle Skillet with Ground Pork
Egg Roll Noodle Skillet with Ground Pork is filled with tender bites of ground pork, soft cabbage, crunchy carrots and celery mixed together with ramen noodles to make this meal light and filling! The vegetables and noodles are coated with a sweet and spicy sauce that is full of flavor. This is all blended together in one simple skillet meal!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Pound ground pork
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cabbage shredded, small
- 2 cups carrot shredded
- 2 celery stalk diced
- 8 ounce mushroom sliced
- 4 ounces ramen noodles or rice noodles
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons red chili paste
- green onion chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, add the 1 tablespoon sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the 1 Pound ground pork and cook and crumble until brown. Add in 1 clove minced garlic, 1 shredded small cabbage, 2 cups shredded carrots, 2 diced stalks celery, and 8 ounce sliced mushrooms and cook for about 4-6 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Cook the 4 ounces ramen noodles or rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and add them to the skillet. Add the 3 tablespoons hoisen sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, and 2 teaspoons red chili paste and mix until heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
