  • 1/3 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker and coat it with a nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and baking powder until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove the waffles from the maker.
  5. Serve with your choice of toppings.
