Ingredients
Thandai Masala
- ¼ cup almonds lightly toasted
- 1 tbsp melon seeds charmagaz, lightly toasted
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds khus khus, lightly toasted
- 1 tbsp fennel seed saunf, lightly toasted
- ½ tsp green cardamom elaichi
- 10 peppercorns
Cookies
- 125 gms plain flour 1 cup
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- salt a pinch
- 65 gms icing sugar 1/2 cup
- 100 gms butter 7 tbsp
- 1 tbsp cornflour optional - if not using, add 1 tbsp of plain flour
- 25 gms Thandai Masala ¼ cup
- 2 tbsp rose water
- pistachio crushed, for garnishing
