Eggnog Martini

This Eggnog Martini is easy to make and will put you in the holiday spirit faster than you can say "Ho! Ho! Ho!"

Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
For Each Martini:
  • 4 oz eggnog
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 TBSP simple syrup cinnamon flavored
  • Caramel Syrup
  • Whipped Cream
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring consistently. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from the heat, and stir in the cinnamon. Let cool completely.
  2. Mix together the eggnog, vodka, and simple syrup.
  3. In a martini glass, drizzle the caramel syrup. Gently pour the martini over it. Top with whip cream and cinnamon.
