Eggnog Martini Recipe (Vanilla or Chocolate)
A super easy eggnog martini recipe that's made in a blender.

Ingredients
- 3 Ice cubes
- 1 coop vanilla ice cream or chocolate
- 2 oz eggnog liqueur see notes for using eggnog
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender and pulse until completely smooth.
- Pour into a martini glass (preferably rimmed with eggnog liqueur and then dipped into fine speculoos crumbs).
- Serve immediately.

Notes
- Multiply the recipe and make a batch at a time.
- If you only have eggnog, and not eggnog liqueur just substitute the eggnog and add some rum or vodka - easy peasy!
