Ingredients

  • ½ cup espresso or very strong coffee
  • 3-4 heaping tsp Whipped Cream (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. If making your own whipped cream, make it first so that it is ready to go.
  2. Brew an espresso or a strong cup of coffee.
  3. Top with a thick layer of whipped cream.
  4. Serve.

Notes

  • - Exactly 1/2 cup coffee fits into the little glasses pictured, leaving about an inch of room for whipped cream. If using a bigger cup, adjust the amounts as necessary.
