Ingredients

  • 6 whole English muffins sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Optional toppings:
  • pepperoni
  • olives
  • mushrooms
  • chopped basil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a baking sheet line the English muffins on parchment paper. Add about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce and spread evenly on the top of the English muffin. Top evenly with cheese and desired toppings.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
