These English Muffin Pizza a fun and easy kid friendly dinner or snack recipe. Toasted English muffins topped with pizza sauce, melty mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and all your favorite toppings.

Ingredients
- 6 English muffins
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups whole milk mozzarella grated
- ½ cup Mini pepperoni
- 4 ounces baby bella mushrooms sliced
- ½ green bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- fresh basil diced
- grated parmesan for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Slice English muffins in half and place on a large baking sheet, cut side up.
- Bake the muffins for 8 minutes until the edges start to turn golden.
- Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the tops.
- Top with grated mozzarella and add desired toppings, each person can make these their own!
- Place the pizzas in the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
- Top with grated parmesan and fresh basil for serving.
