Instructions

  1. Colocar la dosis de café molido en el portafiltro de un percolador a alta presión de mínimo 9 bares.
  2. La temperatura del agua al entrar en el portafiltro debe ser de 88°C (+ o - 2°C).
  3. Activar la extracción del café, que debe realizarse en 25 segundos (+ o - 5 segundos).
  4. La temperatura en la taza debe ser luego de aproximadamente 67°C (+/- 3°C).
  5. Degustar inmediatamente.
