Espresso Martini

This classic espresso martini recipe is easy to make at home! Rich, smooth, and frothy, this coffee cocktail is great for brunch, happy hour, or as an after-dinner drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka we like Tito's
  • ½ ounce coffee liqueur such as Kahlúa
  • 1 ounce espresso freshly brewed*, or cold brew concentrate
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ice
  • coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso or cold brew, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, ideally a coupe glass or martini glass.
  3. Garnish with coffee beans and serve.

Notes

  • *Allow the espresso to cool slightly before adding it to the cocktail shaker. You don't want it to melt the ice!
