Everything Bagel Crispy Pan Seared Salmon

This crispy pan seared salmon is flaky and tender, with a flavorful crust of homemade everything bagel seasoning. You can make this healthy fish recipe for dinner in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 24 oz salmon filets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp everything Bagel seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat the salmon dry using a paper towel.
  2. Apply Everything Bagel Seasoning on the salmon, pressing to adhere.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat melt the butter. Add the salmon and quickly sear 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Spoon melted butter onto the filets and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
