Ingredients
- 1 large loaf Italian/French bread , cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup butter , softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a stand mixer, blend together butter and cream cheese.
- Add cheddar cheese and garlic powder.
- Slather onto each piece of bread and then evenly sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese have melted.
- Remove and slice.

Notes
- For this recipe, I like my bread to be a little chewy, but if you want a crusty garlic bread, toast it before topping with cream cheese spread, remove and then cover and bake again.
