Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (I used coconut sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix all of the seasonings together and store in an airtight container.
- This recipe is enough to seasoning about 1/2-2 pounds of meat. Use less seasoning for less spice and more seasoning for more spice.
- You can make up a big batch of this seasoning mix and store it in an airtight container. Use 2-3 tablespoons seasoning mix per pound of meat.
