Fajita Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (I used coconut sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Mix all of the seasonings together and store in an airtight container.
  2. This recipe is enough to seasoning about 1/2-2 pounds of meat. Use less seasoning for less spice and more seasoning for more spice.
  3. You can make up a big batch of this seasoning mix and store it in an airtight container. Use 2-3 tablespoons seasoning mix per pound of meat.
