Fajita Seasoning Recipe

Fajita seasoning is incredibly easy to make at home using pantry-staple spices. The flavor is so much better than store-bought and there's no sugar or hard to pronounce ingredients in this recipe. It lasts for ages in your pantry so you can make a big batch!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons EACH: onion powder and garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon EACH: salt, cumin, oregano, and paprika (can be smoked)
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon cayenne if you like it spicy

  1. Mix the spices together in a small bowl. You can double or triple the recipe and keep the extra on hand for later. 
  2. Store the seasoning mix in a jar in your pantry for up to a year.
